Scheduling

All scheduling can be coordinated through BlueMonarchHealing@gmail.com


Cancellations

Rescheduling or cancelling of your appointment is free of charge if made more than 24 hours in advance. Services charged with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the anticipated service. No-shows will be charged the full amount. A request will be sent via Venmo or PayPal. 


Sickness

We are not requiring our clients to wear a mask. However, if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or the flu and tested positive in the 5 days prior to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule. 


If you tested positive or have been exposed for COVID-19 or flu or had symptoms in the 10 days prior to your appointment, you will be required to wear a mask. 


If you are experiencing a fever, sore throat, cough and/or gastrointestinal issues we ask that you reschedule. 


Electronic devices

Reiki is a time for you to take a break from outside distractions and tune into yourself. We ask that during Reiki sessions, phones or other devices are silenced.


Payment

Accepted forms of payment are credit, cash, Venmo and PayPal. We accept gratuity via credit, cash, Venmo and PayPal. Thank you for your generosity!
